Which mon have you always wanted as a starter (besides the actual starters hurdur)? Stipulation: It has to evolve at least once without trading or use of a stone.

I didn't really care for any of them at the time. I came to have a much fonder appreciation for Torterra and Infernape, but I still don't like Empoleon. I respect it, but personally, no, I don't care for it.

I've always wanted a Cranidos as a starter. I grew up in Sinnoh and as a child I excelled as a student of the Underground man. Soon after I turned 10, I went digging hoping to get some big gems when I found a Skull fossil. I gave up digging to start my adventure, and now I travel across the land searching far and wide! Each Fossilmon to understand, the AncientPower that's inside.

Well if you're not interested in playing Rescue Team(a lot of anons will tell you that it's shit and play sky when I believe you should play the first game anyways), then hover over this legit spoiler.
She basically had a dickhole of a trainer. This trainer touched one of ninetails' tails somehow, and it was going to curse him. Gardevoir took the curse instead because the trainer abandoned her. She is stuck in a dream-world kind of place where she can communicate with the protagonist and tell him everything that happened and that he needs to save the world. After you beat the game you can save her. Turns out Antagonist was the dickhole trainer too it's a nice twist.

It's nothing like Chrono Trigger imo, it's a grid based random dungeon game with ranomly generated floors. Let me tell you in Jr. high and high school Blue rescue team+Explorers of darkness kept me busy for quite a few years. But it's whatever, it's not like I work for Chun Soft and i'm trying to get you to buy it or anything.

I really liked Gen IV. You see when Gen IV came out I started to become sexually aware. I was liking girls, wanting girlfriends, and having no fucking clue how to do it. My solution was DP. The point is people like it because of small preferences or nostalgia. I like DPPt for both of those combined.
