Almost any anime or manga that's set in the real world (or mostly based on it) will have a Japanese main character who is a short, creepy perv that is bad with women and the character who is meant to be European will be some popular tall rich attractive exchange student with members of the opposite sex swarming round them like flies, they are usually academically brillient and the student council president/ class rep as well where as the poor little Japanes perv is close to failing his class and repulses everyone apart from his 2 equilly pervy friends (who also seem to hang out with each other more than they do the pervy MC as he is that repulsive even his friends think he cramps their style).
Japan has a massive inferiority complex when it comes to Europeans for some unfathomable reason.
