What kind of fix can we give to a pokemon so it would be more usable?

I'll start with the eeveelution
Espeon is frail, but it does a good job with magic bounce
Umbreon falls to status if it doesn't pack heal bell, magic guard makes it good and quite fitting
Vaporeon is fine as it is
Jolteon doesn't need quick feet, gives it lightningrod or something
Leafeon already had good stat and ability, it needs moves
Glaceon would be good with sheer force
Flareon is slow, it can get swift swim
