I'm pretty sure they're Ohmura. You can tell by the smooth outlines while Sugimori's are more rough.

How to tell apart:

This was drawn by Sugimori.
A noticable point is the way he shades and the color of shadows. Compared to Ohmura, Sugimori's shadows are usually cool in color and didn't show too much contrast.

How to tell apart:

This was drawn by Ohmura.
Ohmura's colors are usually very sharp and his outlines, compared to Sugimori's, is very clean. Also, he doesn't use too many light points and usually only make small points in clothes and hair.

A big difference, which is the most easy to spot, is the color of the shadow on human-skin, which is much more orange in color.

The way Sugimori draws women is noticeably different from Ohmura. Had the female grunt been drawn by Sugimori she would've had a longer much thinner upper body with exaggeratedly wide hips. The best way to put it is none of Sugimori's women have ribcages.

You can see discrepancies all over the lineart.

Sugimori uses real ink for lineart, then scans the drawing to color computer programs. You can literally see places where the ink could have ran out.

It's not drawn by Sugimori. When Sugumori digitally inks his art, he doesn't use that chalky textured brush. And the way the waist is drawn is very angled. When Sugimori draws a female character's waist, it's usually just one curved line that leads to the hips. Uniboob has a very defined waist, you get a sense of a rib cage and pelvis creating the curves.

Bianca and Roxie are Ohmura.

Other two are Sugimori. You can literally see Sugimori's coloring style. Look at the highlights on the hair and the difference in line quality.

No, Uniboob is definitely Ohmura. If you look at high res pics of her, she's inked and probably drawn all in digital. Sugi inks by hand. Also, her waist is too defined to be drawn by Sugi, compare it to the Camera girl, who doesn't really have a waist.

If you're trying to tell me THAT isn't hand inked, you're crazy. You can literally see places where the ink pen may have run dry or messed up, specifically on her stomach.

The dark, bold lines on Alexa are different than the lines on Roxie and Bianca.

On the left is how Sugimori draws Rosa, on the right is how Ohmura draws Rosa. Sugimori draws girls with very thin and long upper bodies, with rather undefined waists, exaggerated pear shapes basically. Ohmura's women have high waists and hourglass bodies.

It's called a textured brush. There are tools on photoshop and other draw programs that emulate the look of hand drawn things. However, the lines are too consistent in thickness to actually be hand drawn. Besides, Sugimori uses a runny kind of ink to draw with. Uniboob is draw with some wort of crayon texture, which I believe is computer generated.

Even MS Paint can emulate that chalk texture.

I concur; you can tell the difference between something that was inked on actual paper then scanned in, versus something drawn on a computer.

Sugimori doesn't doesn't normally shade/draw eyes like thi. But considering B2W2's protags were designed by Ohmura, Sugimori was just trying to imitate Ohmura to keep the art uniform. But these are two clearly different styles, because Sugimori's grasp of anatomy is weaker.

We also haven't seen the picture of the left (which is the artwork used in the intro to the game) released anywhere on the net as a separate piece of artwork. It could just be Sugimori drew this but didn't like how it looked enough to post it on his website.

Looking at Kanako Eo's art, I'm beginning to this this was drawn by her. She draws in a really moe style.

I find it weird that sugimori made such a noticeable change in the way he draws the mouth now. a step back I would say.

so far he was pretty consistent, even in sketches o fanart in his twitter.

The argument is that "Bel" doesn't need to be localized because it's already a non-Japanese name that's used in the western part of the world, whether it's common in your area or not. By your logic "Cheren" should have been localized into something else because who the fuck has the name Cheren in the US? Amazingly enough, his name was untouched while Belle's was changed, for whatever reason.
