This is actually a set of two related moves. They would both be learned at the same level, similar to how Stockpile, Spit Up, and Swallow are learned for some Pokemon.
Name (1): Brace
Type: Psychic
Cat: Status
Accuracy/Target: --, Self
Effect: Braces the user for 2-3 turns. The user cannot be effected by Telekinesis, Roar, Sky Drop, or Whirlwind while braced. An Air Balloon held by the user will pop if Brace is used. Pokemon who are braced may successfully use SecretGrace.
Name (2): SecretGrace
Type: Normal (see effect)
Cat: Special
Power: 80
Accuracy/Target: 80%, Single Target
Effect: The user must be braced to use the SecretGrace, otherwise the attack will fail. This attack deals damage as though its type were the same as the user's primary type, and ignores type immunities. It is only capable of hitting a target that is immune to its users primary type. If used on a pokemon that is not immune to that type, the attack will fail.
Concept: A move that would enable a pokemon to land a hard, direct hit on a foe that is normally immune to its primary type. A psychic pokemon to hit a dark pokemon with a psychic move, an electric pokemon to hit a ground pokemon with an electric move, etc.. However, I also wanted to make sure the move is cumbersome to use: it takes up two slots in a moveset, it takes two turns to set up, it can't be used to with a 'Choice' item, it doesn't have good accuracy, and it can only be used on immune Pokemon so it has limited usefulness. I wanted the player to have a make a hard decision about whether or not to include it in their 'mon's moveset, because otherwise it would render type immunities completely moot.
