I love running sun teams. Like, I legitimately enjoy many of the grass and fire types that benefit from sun. Dreamworld Venusaur, Sawsbuck, Leavanny, Tangrowth, and Volcarona are all bro-tiers that I've loved ever since I first laid eyes on them, and I like Ninetales enough that I don't mind having him on the team as a drought-jockey. Naturally, I don't use ALL of those pokemon at once, or else I would have a huge Fire Weakness, but I do tend to use a lot of them, and shore up my weaknesses elsewhere. I don't win a lot, but when I do, it's awesome, and it's usually because I genuinely outplayed the other guy.

This rule is dumb. Being a legendary just means the pokemon has high base stats, which in no way ensures sucess in current metagame. Just see how many legendaries are in NU and RU.

Each tier has like 30+ pokemon, if you can't find ONE pokemon you like in it, I can't help but thinking you're being finicky.

Competitive players usually don't make edgy teams. But no problem with a monotype dark if you're playing monotype.

I agree that gen V's permaweather sucks, but people who want to play competitively and win have no choice but to accept weather is a huge influence in the current metagame.

No point. Thousands of people play this shit, anything you come up with is very likely already being done. There's no problem at all in using a strategy you saw somewhere and liked, or that someone taught you.

There are plenty of ways to counter the most used dragons in the current metagame, and using an unbalanced team full of dragons wouldn't be a good strategy, so why this?

I also like balanced teams, but what's wrong with stall or hyper-offense? Stall was fucking annoying in Gen II and IV, but in the current metagame there's no reason to bitch about stall.

My current team in liquid crystal goes like this:

4th slot is where i keep duke (eevee), for happiness training for my dex. lv20

5th slot i got hastor(koffing) with xp share. want a weezing for my dex.

6th slot i got Triton (kingdra) as backup.
...and off to the e4.
