So i did some calculations
>at level 14 fennekin has the same HP as chimchar and torchic
>at level 25 chespin has almost the same HP as turtwig
>at level 30 froakie has the same HP as squirtle
all the calculations were made with 0 IV/EV and a hardy nature

i think chespin will be more deffensive and slow, since it can learn wood hammer too and all the pokemon that can learn it are very slow

Crap. I really wanted an offensive Chespin. I guess I can make do with bulky, Torterra was pretty cool.

well he can be very offensive, but that means he will be really slow too, thats the way gamefreak distriutes pokemon stats

Bulky starters are good if they are bulky offensive like Venusaur and Torterra. A Bulky Grass defensive starter is ass since we already have two of them.

Serperior was really good in game. Dragon tail grass pokemon out then subsead till you there are only grass pokemon left in the harder fights. Also, not being ugly as sin is a huge plus.

Flabebe has the same HP as Froakie. They were both shown at level 30 in the trailer and both had 66HP.
