It's a good all-rounder, but many things can do what it can better.

Fighting type with Damp is really useful ingame though, and it can wreck shit and put things to sleep.

It learns hardly any actual good Fighting type moves and its stats are kind of subpar. I really like him for his type and the fact that he's not Keldeo.

He needs an upgrade. The power creep has not been nice too him. He needs more fighting moves and access to more coverage, punching moves. He needs his stats to be rebalanced.

Unfortunately, they probably won't do that. They haven't changed Pokemon's stats since they split the Special stat into Sp. Atk and Sp. Def, and even then they only changed the Special stats.

Its stats aren't terrible; they're really well-rounded. Poliwrath's basically got Kingdra-syndrome.

It's actually the evolution of my favourite Pokémon.

Very fun to use, bulky, hits hard, pretty wide movepool, can use both physical and special moves effectively. Just a really great pokemon overall.

In 4th Gen is a beast if you run Substitute, Belly Drum, Waterfall and Return, just switch in against a Milotic or any Bulky Water.

I like this guy anyway, simple, but cool.

It should have gotten Drizzle like Politoed did. I realize pre-Gen V that Poliwrath was a much better Pokémon than Politoed, but it was still not great, and I think it would have been nice to be able to use both a special sweeper (Toed) or a physical one (Wrath) in OU.
