What is /vp/'s opinion of Pokegen?

Additionally, what's /vp/ stance on hacked pokemon in general legal or illegal? Would you say hacked pokemon are ok within reason? Obviously wondertombs and wondereyes are complete bullshit but I personally like to make the occasional hacked pokemon just for experimentation since with hacked pokemon you have the creativity of choosing from the entirety of pokemon abilities and moves as opposed to just those avilable to that pokemon or any single legal pokemon, and of course they can be quite fun to use in non-competitive battles between friends, I also like to use pokegen to clean up IVs and EVs just as a timesaver, because I tend to hoard pokemon.
