Hi, /vp/. Is there a way to create Pokémon and send them to a Black 2 cartridge without an Action Replay? I don't intend to use them online (except maybe WiFi battles with my partner, but I'll create Pokémon for her too so it's fair), I just want to run through Black 2 with 'perfect' Pokémon before X and Y come out and I never use my DSi ever again.
