I suppose this is the same deal as how come I never see unaugmented female Typhys, although they can be made under certain persuasions, and yes, they can still be attractive. The only difference I see is that it's a universal convention that you can't have female pokemon without altering them. I find this to be an incorrect assessment. I do not have the capacity to make such art myself, and I don't have the money to commission it, but if I did, I'd so prove you flipping wrong.
