Need a fire type for my team that isn't chandelure. I've overlooked vulpix/9tails since gen1, is she any good?

i thought i'd get the hidden ability drought one in b2 so ninetales can use solarbeam since all it's weaknesses are weak to grass but it never fucking shows in the abundant shrine!!
