I actually like just about all of the legendary Pokemon
Favorites from each gen:
Gen 1- Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno
Gen 2- Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Lugia, Ho-oh
Gen 3- Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys
Gen 4- Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Cresselia, Darkrai, Arceus, Heatran, Azelf, Uxie, Mesprit, Shaymin
Gen 5- Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Keldeo
Gen 6- Xerneas, Yveltal

Mew, Mewtwo, Manaphy, Jirachi, Celebi, Meloetta, Victini, and Genesect are decent, but not my faves. The Regis are ok, but the only ones I really dislike are the Kami trio.

Gen 3: The Regis are good. Not great, but definitely good. I like them better than the dogs. I love Jirachi - her and Celebi are my favorite mini-legendaries. I find the Latis pretty boring though, and I can't stand the weather trio - they're lumpy shapes covered with glowing lines - they seem both overdesigned and underdesigned at the same time - they just hit all the wrong notes. I never remember Deoxys, though I don't dislike him.

Gen 4: Here's where it starts getting really gnarly. The Lake Trio are the worst trio - they all look the same, they're all the same type, etc. Pointless, boring, and hackneyed. Heatran looks straight up hideous - it is literally a murky blob. Manaphy is dull and Phione is totally pointless. Regigias is ugly, his design has too much going on and he still looks boring, and he's really weak. The three dragons might be the worst of all - what I didn't like about the Gen 3 weather trio is back and 10x worse - they took the blobby stripey monsters and covered them in hard edges and steel plates - just looks even worse. Palkia is literally a penis and testicles with arms and legs. Shaymin looks pretty stupid. I like Cresselia, Darkrai, and Arceus, quite a lot, though.

Gen 5: The three dragons are OK - they don't grab me, but I don't find anything offensive about them like the trios from 3 and 4. Meloetta and victini both kind of annoy me - they're just sort of bright and obnoxious. I can't stand the four musketeers - I think their designs are sort of bland and cartoony, and not in a good way. I loathed the Kami trio for the same reason I hated the lake trio (all the same), but then the therian formes came out, and I think those are fantastic. Genesect is a cyborg kabutops - what's not to like about him?
