Hello /vp/!
I've never been on this board before, but now I have a question.
In FireRed I have a Nidorino and I can't decide when should I give it the Moon Stone. Should I wait until level 53 to get Horn Drill or somewhere around 40 to get Megahorn?

OHKO moves are incredibly shitty. Megahorn is one of the best Bug-type moves in the game. You do the math.

Megahorn is a strong move but it's not SE against anything notable (lol Erika, Sabrina is too early and the Dark type E4 member is not in the game)
So yeah, your final moveset should be like EQ from a TM (maybe you can learn it with heart scales/big and tiny mushrooms?)
Rock slide (rock tunnel tutor)
Sludge bomb (same as EQ)
Trash/any HM (Surf recommended)
I evolve mine at lv 16 and give it TM/tutor moves
