Anime pronounces it koff-ah-gree-giss, though it sounds like Coh-fah-gree-giss.

I think phonetically it should be koff-a-grig-us, but since it is based on Coffin + Egregious, it is either Koff-uh-GREE-giss or Koff-uh-GREE-jiss.

I knew how to pronounce Cofagrigus, but the name just didn't flow to me, so I called "Cofagarius" for a long time. A better name, if you ask me.

As for Kyogre, that was mostly due to my young self not being familiar with the word "Ogre", once I learned it, I realized I was pronouncing it wrong.

12. m'CHAMP (as opposed to MAchamp/choke/chop like in the anime)
13. mega-NEE-um
14. blast-oss/blast-us (blastoise)

i dunno what's wrong with kids seriously. not being able to read or pronounce basic shit...

I am German and I always had problems with English names when I was young:

meff: Mew
meff - tu: Mewtwo (German name: Mewtu, but pronunciation remains same)
Gro - uh - don: Groudon
Far - be - agel (Farbeagle is the German name for Smeargle, it is actually pronounced english: far - beagle)
