Easy. This ability prevents the user from recovering health by moves like Recover, Rest, Leech Seed etc. The pokemon also cannot be cured of burn, paralysis, or poison. It is a negative ability like Truant, Slow Start, and Defeatist. Only upside is the pokemon who has it has insanely high stats/well stat distribution.

Move; priority +5
Once used will last 3 turns, neither pokemon will be able to take any form of damage during this turn. This includes any status, which will not take affect, or have the opportunity to go away(unless heal bell, etc. is used) until the three turns are over.

Some moves such as belly drum will simply not work.

It will fail if the enemy has not used any attack before use.

Used as a 3 turn opportunity to buff stats and set up status affects.
