Cincinno with technician tail slap would be ridiculous.

25 based attack, 50 base attack after counting STAB and technician on a decent 95 base attack.

Also Sableye lel, Crobat gains two useless abilities, Togekiss becomes even haxxier with serene grace and super luck, but then again, it also has hustle. Darmanitan becomes useless after a flare blitz, Yanmega with speed boost and tinted lens, Butterfree with tinted lens and compoundeyes, and Venomoth with tinted lens, wonder skin, and shield dust. Also Delcatty becomes even more hilariously easy to beat. That's all I can think of right now, beyond the rape train that is Azumarill which has already been mentioned

Meanwhile, Lando-T in OU can use Rock Slide over Stone Edge if it so desires now.
Golurk gets Iron Fist No Guard Dynamic Punch, while Machamp gets Guts No Guard and Conkeldurr gets Iron Fist Sheer Force Guts. Finally, Raticate gets Guts and Hustle. It still sucks though.
