Eon duo are ok but nothing special. Jirachi is a dead horse. Groudon and Kyogre are hideous, and Deoxys is just boring and dumb.

Do we really need at least one cute little fairy legendary every gen? Trios and Box dragons can at least be somewhat original when it comes to design, but the legendary pixie is always the same fucking thing with new clothes.

I personally like those legends, they look cool and have nice backstories.
But i agree, gen 1-3 had the most amount of cool legendaries

He seemed to be pointing out examples that proved OP's point that legendaries after gen 3 were ridiculously bad. Gen 1 had the best legendaries. This is because they are actually believable. I can believe that there are people who believe they have seen a giant bird causing lightning in storms or one in a volcano controlling it. I can't believe that the world was created by a llama while a giant centipede controls the underworld or anti matter or whatever. Plus there are way to many now
