I like his design, and it also got Quiver Dance this gen.
But it has no real distinguishing feature amongst all the other Bug/Flying Quiver Dancers aside from the fact it hits just a little bit harder off the bat compared the other dancers, who have better support moves (Sleep Powder), better ability (Intimidate Masquerain, Compound Eyes Sleep), and relevant coverage (though this is an issue for most Bug/Fly aside Hydro Pump Masq).
I has pretty low BST, and most of its wasted on its Attack, since a stronger Uturn is completely irrelevant for a Quiver Dancer, and all other physical moves are a waste compared to Quiver Dance.
Switch its Attack and Speed, and you may have had something.
I want to like it, but it's hard to justify.
