Words can't describe how stupid you must be to even do such a thing. If something like it's gets stolen is a slide but seriously in this day and age there's really no reason for people to even break them unless they're 3 year olds.

I dunno, I was extremely careful with my DS Lite all the many years I had and played it, but the hinge still broke and now the top screen flops around all over. My friends did the same thing. His shoulder buttons also randomly stopped working. As careful as you can be with something valuable to you, these things are made to be disposable after a certain period of time.

Exactly the same happened to me. Still works fine, though I had to buy a case for it to prevent the screen from being to floppy.

Now I'm really careful with my 3DS.

My ds lite broke because I was drunk, and put it on my bra, and went to sleep. Fell from my friends bunk bed. Its still usable, just taped.

I always give my systems kisses and keep them tucked away in safe places.

Regardless, I saw a yellow Gameboy Color survive 3 months of snow and the game worked fine, so Im pretty sure the thing will hold up to me occasionally dropping it on the carpet

My DS Lite's R button was a bit unresponsive for a while. And recently, the hinge cracked a little so it no longer snaps to the "less than 180 degree" point.

My GBA is working fine though. The D-pad is getting a little stiff but it's still very much usable.

Nintendium is indestructible. But the later consoles have hinges so they're a lot more fragile.

My SP would have never broken if I hadn't thrown it at a wall in rage once. Left a fair dent in the wall, but the hinge broke.
I later got a DS Lite, and it still survives, even after giving it to my little cousins. The shoulder buttons stopped working after a couple of years for some reason, and the touchscreen was scratched from those guitar hero games for the ds with the grip that plugged into the GBA port, but other than that, still solid. And that's after a lot of everyday use.

I noticed the thread where you post your first Hall Of Fame team from B2/W2. I was so bored that I thought I could make so much effort that I take a picture of it. It wasn't in the box so after I looked up every place I asked my roommate if he had seen it, he said he saw it in the car's driver's place yesterday so I went to look for it there.

Didn't find it. I guess it has fell from the car somehow.

To be fair, I was about 10 and had some issues with self-control and was frustrated after several hours of trying to beat that level (I didn't own many games, so I didn't have much else to play instead) Not really a great excuse, but when you're a kid, you don't really think about the consequences of doing stuff before doing it.

My DS broke because my "friend" ripped it out of my hands and threw it at a car because they thought it'd be funny. Another friend stole my DS Lite and sold it towards his college textbooks.
