I think there's two things that could be done at this point:
1. Scrap the project and let it all die out.
2. Continue the project under someone else's supervision/lead. I think it has become clear that Hack Guy isn't capable of it, so someone else is needed. Of course, this means someone else needs to be up for the task.
It looks like it's heading to option 1 now, so I guess that's gonna be it than. RIP in peace.
