Ash Grey, Quartz, and Snakewood are the best that actually change the region, and only the first is legit good. At least in my opinion.

The rest are various levels of ass.

large torrent of rom hacks.

also Super Rising Thunder hands down. best hack with least glitches. play as a pichu in a post apocalyptic setting. it's got cool features like area select, tiles that can trap you and how the fuck did you put those portraits in with the dialogue?
