Now, a lot of /vp/ says that Pokemon like Dunsparce and Sableye are underloved and underrated (and say that they deserve evolutions!). But I think it's clear who the most underrated Pokemon is. This Pokemon is definitely one of my favorites, so can we have a thread in it's honor?
