Why is it that when I leave some of my forces to do a task by themselves it doesn't seem like they're doing a damn thing? I've used three turns telling them to get more recruits and I'm positive they haven't come up with a single one (I realized too late that the 4 turn recruitment thing applied to territory battles so my forces kind of suck, but still this is a bit ridiculous).
