Seconded on Lapras, or Walrein. Out of interest, why ice type OP? Empoleon can learn ice moves and boasts far more resistances.

Not specifically ice types, any water type that can learn useful ice moves really, but I like ice type too so I can work with it.

Gyarados is just Feraligatr but better in every way assuming the Feraligatr doesn't have sheer force. It doesn't get an ice move that takes advantage of its physical attack though
Why are you getting rid of Gatr anyway? It's perfectly usable in-game as long as you don't teach it surf or something.
