Scoop of the century is just talking about the magazine having the biggest amount of info we've ever gotten. But that's just my guess.

I think the magazine is mimicking the Black, White, and Master Documebt issues of CoroCoro that had a shit ton of info. Since this one is in August, it'll be like the Master Document, which revealed so much fucking info I came like 8 times.

I don't think the scoop of the century is talking about one thing, but a whole bunch of info in general.

This means it will be most likely smaller than what G/S brought: two new types, breeding, berries, colors, shiny Pokemon, two regions, etc.

That was the opening for the game. That, the save screen and a bunch of other gameplay were E3 exclusives. No trailer exists.

What are the odds that a Pokemon that has been extinct for millions of years was suddenly discovered to evolve from something else by unnatural means?
It would have to hold an item while breeding to get the baby, since they are born as Aerodactyl without one. Then they would have to evolve in the wild with an item, since there were so humans to raise their friendship (babies don't evolve by level up). Sure they could retcon everything, but it just sounds fucking dumb.
Same reason no other fossils will have any undiscovered relatives.

I see you've explained yourself as I was typing this, but the evo and basic form had both been discovered for each fossil. This is why skeletons of evolved fossil mons exist in museums, while their pre-evolutions are given out to young trainers to revive on their own. They're exremely common since Gen IV. No reason a small Old Amber would be any harder to find, let alone in a different country.

The argument was going for "Patrice being the main professor" because the statement in the leak makes it so. Especially when in Gen V they showed you multiple professors but only one still is the "one who starts your journey", a.k.a. THE professor. The leak implies Sycamore is just a minor professor like Fennel.

Yes, Patrice can still exist, but the point is that the leak assumes Patrice is the main.

And yes, the leak can have both correct and wrong information especially when it's presented like that.
