It would be cool if they did it in the first two versions though. Even a colour change would be nice. Although they could go further and just make you the rival of the other game. Used to be a problem but now your rival is usually such a fucking nice guy it doesn't really matter which one you are anymore.

Speaking of which I want my rival to be more of a bastard. It makes you actually want to beat him.
