Hello guys, I haven't played since Diamond and Pearl days, and even gave my DS to my little brother so he could know pokemon joy. I played pretty competitively on Smogon(OU and UU) and had a lot of fun.

I feel so very behind although I'm not THAT far behind.

What is the best way to get back into this? What are the things that have changed that I need to know?
