I assume some of the more underwhelming Pokemon who are lesser used in the metagame. You now realize the reason we haven't gotten Sylveon's evolution method is because it's Eevee's Mega form

The marketable ones go Mega. The NFEs are pikachu, eevee, and maybe meowth.
