Giving a Pokemon a new evolution after this item was released will never happen. It will break item continuity with the Pokemon that would receive a new evolution. It would be like making Eevee evolve into Leafeon through the use of a Leaf Stone. It won't happen.

However, Mega Evolutions have happened, which are the only way to 'evolve' these Pokemon, such as Absol and Mawile, without breaking Eviolite continuity.
