Some of you people are seriously considering Mega-forms to be Uber-tier or above.

Do you really not realize that there'll be so many Mega-mons, that they'll all be OU, because they'll be in every team.

Just a selected few of actually broken mons will be considered Uber-tier.

I really doubt that will happen, even with all of the efforts to screw Dragons over. Things like Haxorus or (god forbid) Hydreigon would.

Where do the numbers come from? The best thing I can think of is the DW metagame (Chandelure and Serperior being ranked that high), but it still doesn't quite make sense.

Given the rumors that these are battle only and might only be temporary or whatever, I think it's possible that smogon just implements a mega clause and bans them all

I doubt they'll even do that. If they're temporary boosts, they can't set-up sweep or wall. They have to switch in and out like choice users, which really limits their power.

If it really is temporary, it would actually be a genius way to balance the huge power spike.

Mega Blaziken will be essentially useless; the only stats that matter for Blaziken are Attack and Speed, it raises Speed automatically, and Swords Dancing when you predict the opponent won't attack you for a guaranteed double is much better than wasting your item slot for the ability to probably not double your attack if your opponent hits 75% instead of 100%.
