It's a children's game, not everything is your comped active battling metagame. If you told 10 year old me Ampharous would grow luscious locks and become a dragon I would cry for joy. We're all just here because we can't grow up, you're going to have to deal with childish things as long as that little 'E for everyone' is on the corner of your pokemon game.
