Gen I: Pikachu -> Raichu
Gen II: Pichu added to above
Gen III: Plusle & Minun
Gen IV: Pachurisu
Gen V: Emolga (totally should have been related to Pachurisu in some way, but whatever)
Gen VI: Newchu

I'd say we're due to have a Pika that can evolve again.
