The rabbit is just a cartoon rabbit (bland) and the pikaclone is the most pikachu pikachu ripoff yet (uncreative). These are as you sarcastically described it. I'm not even saying this is bad. I'm just pointing out a fact. Is bland bad? No not every pokemon needs to be amazing, bland pokemon add balance. Is uncreative bad? Usually yes and especially in this case.
