So I don't mind mega evos (I think the concept is stupid but that's another argument entirely) of three stage Pokemon like Blaziken or Ampharos (In fact this is the best thing for Ampharos really, plus I really like the new do) and for Mewtwo, which makes sense because being a clone means he can't even evolve naturally.
Absol, Lucario and Mawile though? Two one stage evolutions and a two stage evolution is unnecessary if you ask me and the fact we can't interact with them outside of battle or give these Pokemon items kind of pisses me off.
Other than the actual concept I quite like the designs. I like how Ampharos grew his hair out and started using conditioner, I like Mawile's pigtails, Lucario's dreads are nice and I even like how Absol let its hair grow. Blaziken's balding problem is sort of worrying though I'll admit.
