Consider most psuedos got their power via evolution, and top-tier threats with enormous movepools and have incredibly high BSTs. Mewtwo, while powerful, is forced to face Base 150 (Special) Attacking Dragons in Ubers and due to the fact that it trades in speed for bulk, might like to hit even harder. Mega Evolving seems to allow it to do just that. But I'm not saying psuedos won't get any... I'm just saying it's unlikely given their present power.
