I know middle stages won't get mega evolutions, but Wartortle is my #1 bro and it would be awesome. I imagine it would get a little bigger, and its ears and tail would be massively long and flowing, and it would have all the algae and scars on its shell that its Pokedex entries talk about. Ability could be Swift Swim, or maybe Drizzle.
