Stat changes: +6 speed, +10 SpA, +10 Atk
Special moves: Spore
The main idea is to remove SR weakness, buff it's speed so it can outspeed all pokes that have 110 base speed, and give it an accurate Sleep Powder. The main issues with Jumpluff is that it's one point too slow, it can't switch in and out as much as it'd like without rapid spin support, to the point it makes it a dead weight against some teams, and, above all, that Sleep Powder misses and you already lost one pokemon, while succesfully putting something to sleep can mean nothing as it can wake up the next turn, making it not worth the risk.
This changes fix all that issues while not making it a half broken, and give it a little bit more of firepower because why the fuck not?
