I would love this. It would mean that I can play through the game normally with my bros, defeating whatever Pokemon I want, then when I feel like it I can give them the EVs they need to be viable competitively (for Battle Frontier etc.)

I'd rather them not just in case it's actually faster to just KO a few Pokemon instead of playing long ass mini games.

That would be dumb. It should just be an alternate optional way of getting EVs. Plus, the leak said it takes two hours to fill up one stat to 255 EVs. Fuck that.

If you have power bands, sure. Without them, it is 255 battles for each stat if you're going simple.

Only a retard wouldn't use Power items. With Power items and Pokerus EV training takes no time at all.

I'm not wasting hours and hours in the battle frontier getting 3 points per battle for fucking six items that cost loads.

It took me days of battling just to get the Sp.Attack boosting one.

In the amount of time it would take me to get all the items, yes. I'd rather use Macho Brace + Pokerus.

Well, have fun beating on 63 Patrat I guess. I'll be over here having fully EV trained Pokemon before you're done with one stat.

EV training is what always made the game feel mechanical and like a grind to me; super training for EV points would help the game for immersion which is probably the direction gamefreak wants to head toward, looking at the whole 'petting your pokemon for friendship' thing now.
