It learns Body Slam, so you get two 30% shots at paralysis. It ALSO learns Rock Slide, which has a 30% chance of flinching. Can you say superpowered ParaFlinching with a Pokemon faster than Togekiss? If you don't like the Rock typing on Rock Slide, there's also Headbutt and Bite, the latter might be useful for smacking Ghosts around (since you no longer have Scrappy)
Other moves it could abuse include Crush Claw (50% def drop), Rock Smash (same), Drain Punch (obvious), Icy Wind (double speed drop might be fun), Bulldoze (if you want to use your better attacking stat) Sing (shit accuracy matters less when you get two shots at it, though it might not work with status moves), Mud Slap (fuck you if you do this by the way) and Mimic (stealing a move and using it the same turn could be neat)
