It does look like it, but it's not nearly as dark as the face, nails, tail, or horn.

And you're right, not a single piece of fan art shows the wings being different, but now that you mention it, I prefer it your way.

The wing on his right looks less fluffy and fur-like to me, so I'm guessing it's supposed to be just like the thing on his head. Also the white fur at the base of it makes me feel like that wing is bursting out of him. Also the shading on his legs is way less blue than his wing.
I'm going with two different colors.

It's just shading. Compare the color of shade with the other shading on the white areas of its body. It's the same. As for the actual wing, it's just the angle it was drawn in. I'm sure the wings are the same. But, I wouldn't of minded if that particular wing was made dark like the stuff on its face.

When I drew it I thought one was black, but on farther inspection they are both white.
What bothers me is everyone forgets the piece of white hair under his big black horn. It is important because it makes a second yin yang sign with the black ear.

Oh my god I just got Mega Absol's concept. Absol represents the Yin-Yang (aka good/bad) and its Mega form looks exactly like they merged an angel and a demon together. (White parts portraying the angel and black part portraying the demon).

This is so edgy.

That black bit beneath its right wing, is its fucking tail.

Notice how its coming out of its backside? The white edge around the entire pokemon is just fancy.
