The levels they always show are far lower than the player's pokemon's level, which pretty much says exactly that.
But in this case, we have a Kangaskhan doing barely more than half health of damage to an opponent, and then a second attack KOing the pokemon. Sure as hell looks like it's going to be a second full power attack.
