Look guys. Parental Bond doesn't work how you think it is.

It's not the ability to use two attacks in one turn. It means it hits the opponent twice. It'll use the attack you commanded it to, THEN hit the opponent for some neutral damage. It's like a Rowap Berry or Rough Skin that activates immediatley after your attack.
We saw this in the footage.
