Would have been way more interesting as a Bug/Fairy with levitate. The best chance it has is if they give it a decent special movepool and quiver dance. Even then it'll most likely only be usable in lower tiers.

Not too sure about how BSTs work but let's say it has good Sp. Atk, mediocre defenses and abysmal Atk and an above average speed stat.

Introduce an item that doubles the chance of secondary move effects happening. If the pokemon has Serene Grace then this item does not do anything.

Unreliable accuracy, and your oponent is just going to switch to take the sleep, then switch again to kill the bug. Prankster QD + Baton Pass could work, but in the end it's just a better Volbeat.

It dies to SR so it can't constantly switch in and it'll probably be frail enough to be smashed by a Scizor's BP.

This kind of pokemon needs ridiculous stats, movepool and ability to work.
