Ok, the thing is, Fire/fight is a fairly decent typing. The only reason people hate it so much is that the past three fire starters have had this typing. Fire/psychic, however is a pretty shitty type in my opinion. The problem is that the fire type and the psychic type fail to negate the major weaknesses of both types, such as rock and dark.
