Steel has always been my favorite typing due to resistances. I'll admit that as a steel user I never felt the need to use Mawile due to it's pretty ugly stats couple with it's basic steel typing. Mega aside, throwing Fairy on Mawile has just skyrocketed Mawile to top 5 of my steel Pokemon. That typing is a fucking force.

Not only will it destroy dragon but it also destroys other fairy. And with mega getting the HUGE defensive boosts, my God it's a bulking killer. The ONLY thing that will dethrone Mawile as my Pokemon X Steel type is if Steelix goes mega.
