I'd be happy enough if they just made Light Ball affect Raichu too.
Even if it was like x1.5 and not x2 like it is on Pikachu.
It's a pity that Pokemon like Raichu (and Dusknoir for example) are COMPLETELY outclassed by their pre-evos because of retarded items like that

I think it's nice how it's kind of unique. It sucks that Raichu in this case is so much more lovable than Pikachu, but at the same time, why should evolving your Pokemon always be a good choice?
