I know it doesn't make much sense from a marketing standpoint for nintendo, but could Gen VI be the final generation of pokemon?

Its really just a hunch on my part, but the sister game of this generation is most likely (unless they pull a BW2 thing again) Z, the final letter of the alphabet

they're also breaking the formula a bit, what with introducing mega evolutions and simultaneous worldwide release dates, which seems sort of like the beginning of a special farewell for the series

it's most likely me being a bit paranoid but just
