>>13385624I agree with you. Personally, I think Chespin just won't become Grass/Dark. It's grass helmet/armor is definitely part of the design, and I think if it gains another type, it will be something like Rock or Steel. Steel would suck against Fennekin, but Rock would be good.
Froakie seems like it will be pure Water type to me. But I could see it having some sort of storm theme, with maybe an Ice, Flying or Electric type. Who knows what the hell would happen with it.
With Fennekin, I think it would be very illogical for Game Freak to make it Fire/Fighting. First, there would be a huge shitstorm. Second, Torchic is already available, and evolves into Fire/Fighting. People would choose Torchic over Fennekin if the were both essentially the same. I just don't think they would do something to jeopardize one of the main Pokemon of the game and ruin their reputation by rehashing a Fire/Fighting four times in a row.
It will probably be Fire/Psychic or just Fire.
