No. They're trying to sell games, of course, because it's a game company that does business so of COURSE they fucking want money. But that doesn't mean they don't pride themselves on making what they consider good games and good Pokemon.
If they ACTUALLY "sold out" they wouldn't try their new ideas at all, they wouldn't release new Pokemon and new features, you know why?
Because selling out is doing the exact same thing to make money over and over, doing what you don't artistically want to do, but doing it just to make money. Game Freak isn't doing that. They're trying new ideas, and making good games still. And they're making money doing it.
If you don't like the games, fuck off. But to say they "sold out" is ridiculous.
